To attract people’s attention and encourage them to help the victims of landmines UNICEF came up with an eye-catching solution. They placed Landmine-stickers on the pavement in front of UNICEF information booths. The upside of the stickers were self-adhesive so that it would stick to people’s shoes and the color of the stickers were the same as pavement so people couldn’t see them. On the bottom side of the sticker there was a picture of landmine and information that in some parts of the world they would have been mutilated at that moment.
