The Canadian organization asks, what will your last 10 years look like? The spot depicts a man and two ways of what his life might be like. If he has taken care of himself when he was younger, his lifestyle will not change. However, if he has been careless with his health, he may not be able to take care of himself later. The creatives therefore have made this shocking video, which raises our awareness about a healthier life.
