LG and Sao Paulo's advertising agency Y&R have launched an amazing print ad campaign “Boombox”. The three cartooned pictures feature incredible giants: Godzilla, Gorilla and Robot. They are dressed in a hip-hop style. They bring a car instead of a boombox on their shoulder. A very original and creative way to promote LG's car audio system.
The spot takes place at the cafe during the blind date. A lady comes a little bit late. After the man greets her in English, she explains in Russian that she is late due to a traffic. The man does not speak Russian. So he takes a box full of tongues, picks one, takes out his tongue and replaces it with another. Then he suggests in Russian: “Let's have a pizza and then we can have sex”. She slaps him on a face.
Cepera Extra Strong Pepper Sauce and Sao Paulo's Y&R agency has launched some extra funny print advertisements. Three prints below feature a different dog breed: Springer Spaniel, Labrador Reriever and Dachshund. The pictures are made under the water as if they have just burnt their mouth. Creative agency Alma from Mexico has launched a new campaign called "Adios Cliches". Below you can see the beautifully shot video “Mustache”. The video features a very tough guy, entering the bar. It is just like from a spaghetti western movies. The hero has a special yet funny ability – he shoots with his mustache. Literally, there are tiny guns on this mustache.
The video takes place at the party where mommy has brought her baby. Everyone is excited about the boy and everyone sees a resemblance to his relatives. So the baby's looks changes according to what other say he looks like. “His eyes look like Ruben's”, the lady says. “No, it's more like Nachos. You know those eyebrows”, the man corrects her.
The print ads are called „Pow“ and „Bang“. They feature a boxer who is being hit by his opponent. And in the other picture, the cowboy is being shot. Both images are black and white, except for the colorful cubes which express the sound. It is really smart to promote a sound system as a powerful, expressive and moving experience.

To do this, the creatives have come with a unique idea: they placed banners on the YouTube's music videos that copied the original hits. When users clicked on that banner, they were taken to the original song's video.

Very interesting video which starts with the note that it is an authentic scenes shot by a famous anthropologist. He is researching the culture of Latin America's tribe and its habits. One of them is especially interesting.

As she comes back with a puppy, there is a young guy with a skate board also enquiring for a little friend. And he strangely does something with his... package. “No, there is no more left”. He walks away but is stopped by a lady.
Creative agency Loducca Sao Paulo has launched four hilarious videos for MTV Brazil. The campaign announces that "The Music Never Stops". The videos feature four guys – Ramirez, Sebastian, Nunez and Miguel – being played as the guitars. The players would use and treat them as the instruments that would sing a famous riff. Really funny stuff.
The video is a one and a half minute short, featuring Anderson Silva and Steven Seagal. Those two meet in an old cowboyish bar somewhere in the middle of nowhere. Just like in a good old spaghetti western. After Silva sees Seagal, he remembers his coach and the fighting lessons. And this memory reminds some scenes from movies like The Karate Kid, Rocky, Kill Bill. Really hilarious.
