The old battle between Pepsi and Coke was taken to a new level in July with the launch of “Diner 2.0”, the remake of the iconic 1995 Pepsi commercial. However, this weekend the battle got even more intense as Pepsi released the new ad promoting Pepsi Max.
The video shows a Pepsi Max delivery man and a Coke Zero delivery man competing for in-store display supremacy. They pull out all the stops going back and forth in a manner “Anything you can do I can do better” but ultimately, Pepsi Max reigns supreme with a little help from the legendary Snoop Dogg who enters in a stage built out of Pepsi Max 12 packs and gives a short rap about Pepsi Max zero calories.
