The New York Lottery and DDB creatives rolled out this hilarious video which is part of a huge commercial campaign.
The advertisement features a lady who has just won the New York Lottery. So she can quit her boring job. After she said to her boss she is giving up her job the voice behind the camera reminds that the pot of gold is over 100 million dollars. And then we can see the hole „I quit“ celebration with the fanfares.
The New York Lottery found an amazing way to promote itself and its pot of gold. According to Matt Eastwood, Chief Creative Officer from DDB New York: “We wanted to capture the emotional appeal of feeling like over-the-top luxury is achievable for unsuspecting people”. And we can admire a funny ad, which is part of a wider campaign.
