Love Life Stop Aids: Too fast to think about condoms?

Love Life Stop Aids

The Love Life Stop Aids latest campaign called “Did it go too fast to think about condoms?” created by advertising agency Euro RSCG, Zurich for the Federal Office of Public Health and the Swiss AIDS Federation uses the shortest TV spots in Switzerland to get its message across.

The campaign reminds us that knowing about the rules on safer sex is not enough to protect ourselves from risky situations. In situations that do not happen every day, when two people meet and spontaneously have sex together, often they do not have a condom, and have unprotected sex.

The risk involved in unprotected spontaneous sex should not be played down. It calls for people to have a condom handy in case of situations that do not occur every day. We also have to remember to use a condom, even though things sometimes go very quickly: The rules of safer sex still apply. Except in an established faithful relationship, as always: no penetration without a condom, and no sperm or blood in one’s mouth.
