Heineken Beer commercial “One Million Hugs” created by AKQA

Heineken Beer at the end of last year launched its new global brand campaign, with a film titled ‘The Entrance’ and creation of Heineken page on Facebook.com

Video Created by Wieden+Kennedy Amsterdam , featuring the song ‘The Golden Age’ by Danish alternative pop group The Asteroids Galaxy Tour, shows a man that goes to a party and makes quite an entrance you may say.

After the success of this campaign, the brand already has more than 1 million fans on Facebook. And to celebrate this fact, they released a new movie on the Heineken Facebook page as a thank you to Facebook fans who allowed it to earn one million Facebook ‘Likes’

Film, titled “One Million Hugs” and created by AQKA features a group of Dutch models, who wear shirts with prints of the Facebook Like icon with Heineken beer, on a bar-crawl in Amsterdam’s bars. Along the way the girls hug as many as male Heineken fans as possible to say thank you. Check out the movie below:
