AT&T Campaign: Frank and Charlie

AT&T Campaign: Frank and Charlie

AT&T and advertising agency BBDO from New York have released a new funny campaign recently.

The videos feature two representatives, who install the Wireless Network at the office and arena. Frank and Charlie are tuning the AT&T network, so that the employees could use it wherever they are all the time. The duo even gets an assignment in arena, before the rock show starts, so that the fans would be able to Tweet.

Watch the videos and have a good laugh.

I love charlie on these AT&T network commercials, but Frank is a condescending douche.

I love Charlie … and Frank. But mostly Charlie. I look forward to each new commercial. Charlie – I love you!

I just love these commercials with Charlie, he is so adorable and funny. They are the feel good commercials that AT&T keeps making for us!

Why are there new actors playing Frank & Charlie?? Were we not supposed to notice the change?

I tell everyone that the Charlie character of Frank and Charlie, is my cute nerdy boyfriend. Of course, I am 59 years old, and married. But, where was Charlie and his cuteness when I was in High School, or College. He didn’t even need to be in those commercials, just that personality, and him and that will do. When I am at my quirkiness moments, I’ll act like him . You Go Charlie, you Rock! Keep ‘m coming

Talent actor playing Frank is voice actor Jim Conroy. He’s the voice of Fetch-With Ruff Ruffman, as well as various parts in movies and video games such as Ice Age 3, RIO, EPIC,Grand Theft Auto, and has been a voice actor since 1998. He played the “not so deaf guy” in the pilot of “Manhattan Love Story”. Jim is one of the funniest people you’ll ever meet. Went to school with him. He’s the same funny guy today that he was all those years ago.

Jim has also done a ton of commercial voice overs such as the Kraft Dressing commercials “Lettuce” and “Radish”.
